MortgageCalc is designed as a static browser-based calculator. The mortgage numbers you type into the calculator are processed in your browser. This page does not require an account and does not send your calculator inputs to a server.

Calculator inputs

The calculator may store your latest inputs in your browser's local storage so the page is easier to revisit. You can clear this data by clearing your browser site data.
